One day he gets a surprise visit from one of his former colleagues. At the summit of his career and the star of a successful television series, Gauthier dreams of playing Molière's Misanthrope. But knowing that no one will offer him the role, he decides to produce the play himself and tries to convince Serge to participate in the project. Serge turns him down at first, but leaves the door open to getting the starring role of Alceste by not giving Gauthier a definitive answer.
